| Look Forward to a Day with the Rebbetzin!
Rebbetzin's Yarchei Kallah
We will
inaugurate on December
19 a monthly Rosh Chodesh Shabbat program for women
with Yocheved Krimsky sharing with us what she learned at
the Rebbetzin's Yarchei Kallah. We will enjoy each
other's company, learn and share the waning moments of
Shabbat together (4:00pm 153 Belltown Road - children welcome).

Scrapbooking with the Rebbetzin
The evening will continue from 7 to 9:00 pm with a fun scrapbooking workshop...
Scrapbooking
is a method for preserving personal and family history in the form of
photographs, printed media, and memorabilia contained in decorated
albums, or scrapbooks.
What Yocheved says about scrapbooking:
"One of the best parts about scrapbooking is getting together with
other scrapbookers - join us!"
What to bring: Please
bring 5-10 photos OK to trim, cut,
decorate or otherwise play with. If you want to use heritage
photos, please make copies and only bring the copies. Bring
photos of people, events, things that are important in your
life or in the life of someone(s) close to you and are good
clear photos. No duds or fuzzy photos. We will be making
photo gifts and photo cards.
Facilitator: Katie Kelley is a Stamford native and has been
teaching scrapbooking and photo organization in the greater
Stamford area for over 15 years. She specializes in
helping folks find the how and the why of managing
their photos and then having fun with
them- whether it is making a traditional scrapbook or
learning how to master the new techniques of digital
memories or creating a craft . She offers technique classes,
'crops', as well as her popular 1:1 consultations and
sessions. Her passion is helping folks realize the power of
their photos and stories to impact their families, friends
and the future. Her favorite quote that guides her focus in
her business is from Psalm 78 - "We will tell the next
generation the praiseworthy deeds of the Lord"
(shortened).
