Keravtanu Roitman,z"l, was born with improperly-functioning kidneys and pulmonary challenges, yet defied predictions of a 5-week lifespan.
With treatment from four hospitals in three states, and unfathomable support from Stamford and other communities, Kerav grew big enough to accept a kidney transplant, at age 2, from his mother. Tragically, as Kerav began achieving stunning milestones, he was overcome by a virulent infection. Kerav passed away very suddenly in Av/August of 2008, at the age of 2-½. How he brought everyone together is a continued inspiration.
